Appointment Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our customers at Sunday Skin, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, as per Sunday Skin company policies if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards can be purchased online or in clinic.  Gift cards do not expire and can be used towards treatments, services and retail products.  Gift cards cannot be used as payment for memberships or for a cancellation fee. To check the balance of your gift card, please call or text the clinic at 615-749-6367.

Refund/Return Policy

All services/treatments are nonrefundable. Retail products must be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Memberships terms, Cancellation Policy, and Commitment agreement

By enrolling in a Better, Best, Beyond Sunday Skin membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Sunday Skin (or its third-party payment processor) is authorized to charge your card on a recurring monthly basis for your selected membership tier, along with any applicable taxes or fees.
  • A 6-month minimum commitment is required from the date of enrollment for the Better, Best and Beyond Memberships, unless you opt for a flexible month-to-month membership by paying a one-time $75 non-refundable sign-up fee.
  • A 12-month minimum commitment is required from the date of enrollment for the Lifestyle Membership, unless you opt for a flexible month-to-month membership by paying a one-time $100 non-refundable sign-up fee.
  • Your membership will automatically renew each month on the same calendar day, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Membership is continuous until you cancel or Sunday Skin suspends or terminates your access in accordance with these terms.
  • Members must keep a valid debit or credit card on file at all times to remain in good standing.
  • Active members receive exclusive pricing, discounts, and monthly membership credits.
  • Monthly membership credits are:
    • Bankable and never expire, even after cancellation.
    • Non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
    • Sometimes excluded from certain specials or promotions.
  • If your membership becomes inactive or a payment fails:
    • You may still use previously banked credits.
    • Membership pricing and discounts are suspended until your account is reactivated.
    • Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to purchases made while inactive.
  • After the 6-month minimum commitment is fulfilled (or if the $75 sign-up fee was paid) for the Better, Best and Beyond Memberships, you may cancel at any time by calling, texting, or emailing Sunday Skin during business hours.
    • Requests received outside business hours will be processed within two full business days.
  • After the 12-month minimum commitment is fulfilled (or if the $100 sign-up fee was paid) for the Lifestyle Membership, you may cancel at any time by calling, texting, or emailing Sunday Skin during business hours.
    • Requests received outside business hours will be processed within two full business days.

By registering, you agree to the terms of the Sunday Skin Membership Agreement and authorize all recurring charges, including any applicable sign-up or early termination fees.

Memberships Cancellation Policy

To cancel your Sunday Skin Membership, you must submit your cancellation request at least one (1) business day prior to your next billing date by emailing info@sundayskinaesthetics.com, texting, or calling the office during business hours. If a cancellation request is received less than one (1) business day before your billing date, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle, and you will be responsible for the next month’s charges, including applicable taxes and fees.

  • Members enrolled in the Better, Best or Beyond Membership may only cancel after fulfilling the full 6-month commitment.
  • If you choose to cancel early, you will be charged a $75 early termination fee, unless you paid the $75 non-refundable sign-up fee at enrollment, which allows cancellation at any time without penalty.
  • Members enrolled in the Lifestyle Membership may only cancel after fulfilling the full 12-month commitment.
  • If you choose to cancel early, you will be charged a $100 early termination fee, unless you paid the $100 non-refundable sign-up fee at enrollment, which allows cancellation at any time without penalty.
  • Sunday Skin requires up to 2 full business days to process and confirm all cancellations.

Please note:

  • Membership funds are non-refundable once processed.
  • All banked credits may be used toward treatments, services, or retail products, but may not be used to purchase gift cards.
  • Credits will be honored at non-member pricing if used while your membership is inactive.
  • Memberships may not be canceled more than two (2) times per calendar year.

Sunday Skin reserves the right to modify or terminate memberships at any time, without notice and at its sole discretion.

Memberships Agreements per tier

Sunday Skin Lifestyle Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned Member (“Member”) and Sunday Skin, PLLC (“Sunday Skin”), located in Brentwood, TN. This agreement applies to the Lifestyle Membership Tier, Sunday Skin’s most elevated membership offering. By signing below, the Member agrees to the following terms:

  1. Membership Term & Commitment

The Lifestyle membership requires a 12-month minimum commitment from the date of enrollment.

Members who do not wish to commit to the full 12 months may enroll by paying a one-time $100 sign-up fee (non-refundable).

If a Member cancels or terminates their membership before fulfilling the 12-month commitment, they will be charged a $100 early termination fee.

  1. Payment Authorization

Member agrees to keep a valid debit or credit card on file and authorizes Sunday Skin to automatically charge the card each month for the Lifestyle membership fee.

Charges are processed on the same calendar day each month unless otherwise arranged.

  1. Membership Benefits

Lifestyle Members receive:

Specific discounts and pricing related to this specific tier

Exclusive VIP perks, early access to product and service launches, and invitations to member-only events. These are communicated and specified throughout the year via email, text and social media. 

Monthly bankable membership credits that can be used toward treatments, services, and all retail products 

Important Notes:

Membership credits:

Accrue monthly and do not expire

Are non-refundable

Cannot be used to purchase gift cards

May not always be combined with other promotions or limited-time offers

  1. Account Standing & Use of Credits

If a membership becomes inactive or a payment is declined:

The Member retains access to any accrued credits

However, the Member loses access to Lifestyle discounts and pricing until the account is brought current or reactivated

Credits will be applied at full, non-member pricing if used during inactive periods

  1. Cancellation Policy

Members who commit to the 12-month term may cancel their membership after completing the full 12 months by calling, texting, or emailing Sunday Skin during business hours.

If the member cancels early, they will be charged the $100 early termination fee.

Members who paid the $100 sign-up fee at enrollment may cancel at any time with no additional fee.

Sunday Skin has up to 2 business days to process any cancellation request.

Membership remains active through the billing cycle in which the cancellation is processed.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of the Sunday Skin Lifestyle Membership Agreement. I authorize Sunday Skin to charge my card on file monthly and understand the policies related to membership benefits, cancellation, and applicable fees, including the $100 sign-up or early termination fee.

Sunday Skin Membership Agreement – Better, Best, & Beyond Tiers

  1. Member agrees to a 6-month minimum membership commitment from the date of enrollment.

    Members who prefer a flexible month-to-month option may join by paying a one-time $75 sign-up fee (non-refundable).

    2. Payment Authorization

    Member agrees to keep a valid debit or credit card on file and authorizes Sunday Skin to automatically charge the card monthly for the selected membership tier.

    Charges occur on the same calendar day each month unless otherwise arranged.

    3. Membership Benefits

    Active members receive:

    Exclusive membership pricing and discounts

    Bankable monthly membership credits, valid on treatments, services, and retail products

    Membership credits:

    Do not expire, even if membership is later canceled or inactive.

    Are non-refundable.

    May not be used to purchase gift cards.

    May not always be combined with other specials or promotions.

    4. Account Standing & Credit Use

    If a membership is inactive or payment is declined:

    The Member may still use banked credits or account credit.

    The Member loses access to all membership discounts and pricing until the account is brought current or reactivated.

    Membership pricing cannot be retroactively applied to purchases made while inactive.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    After the 6-month commitment (or if the $75 fee was paid), Members may cancel anytime.

    Cancellations must be submitted by calling, texting, or emailing Sunday Skin during regular business hours.

    If a request is received outside of business hours, Sunday Skin has up to 2 full business days to process and confirm cancellation.

    Membership will remain active through the end of the billing cycle during which cancellation is processed.

    6. Agreement & Authorization

Mobile Terms of Service

The Sunday Skin mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Sunday Skin (“Sunday Skin”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Sunday Skin’s marketing SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sunday Skin through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sunday Skin. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18775407414 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sunday Skin mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
