Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sunday Skin. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

As a courtesy to our customers, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice or missing an appointment will result in a $75 cancellation fee. We encourage clients to schedule their next appointment before leaving to secure availability.

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online or in our clinic. They do not expire and can be used for treatments, services, and retail products. However, gift cards cannot be used to pay for memberships or cancellation fees. To check your balance, please contact us at (615) 749-6367.

4. Refund and Return Policy

All services and treatments are non-refundable. Retail products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

5. Membership Terms and Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in a membership with Sunday Skin, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Sunday Skin (or our third-party payment processor) is authorized to charge your account on a monthly basis.
  • Your membership remains active until you cancel or we terminate your access.
  • You may pause or cancel your membership at any time, subject to our terms and conditions.


To cancel, you must notify us at least one (1) day before your next billing cycle by emailing info@sundayskinaesthetics.com or calling our office. Cancellations received later than this will apply to the following billing cycle. Membership cancellations are limited to two (2) times per calendar year. Membership funds are non-refundable but can be used towards treatments, services, or retail products. Membership funds cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

6. Mobile Terms of Service

By opting into Sunday Skin’s mobile marketing message service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages to the phone number provided. These messages may include promotions and marketing offers.

  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply.
